  3. At the first session, we will delve into how to maximize and optimize what you are already doing to market your practice.  How to do more of what’s working, correct or drop what is not.  Knowing that marketing is always test, test, test, test.  
  4. At the first session we will outline the process for you to complete your 12 month Marketing Plan and you will leave with some homework to explore the results of our own assessment and determine your top marketing goals for the first 3 months of the program.
  5. Last but not least we’ll Establish a Marketing Mindset for yourself and your team.
